- Details you provide in a request or contact form: your name, email, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, preferred contact method, and the property details you enter.
- Documents you upload, such as a sale deed, registry, tax receipts or other property records, when you choose to share them.
- Basic technical data such as your IP address, used for security and to limit abuse of our forms.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver the property audit you requested.
- To contact you about your request using the details you provided.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and prevent misuse.
How we handle documents
Documents you upload are stored so that our team can review them for your audit. Uploaded files are given randomised names, kept outside publicly listable locations, and are not executed by the server. We retain them only as long as needed to prepare your audit and for our records, unless a longer period is required.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We may share it only with service providers who help us operate NyayGo (for example, email or hosting providers) under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have provided by emailing hello@nyaygo.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or record-keeping requirements.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share, including secure form handling and controlled access to uploaded documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
